Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates included.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and customized or engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at- support@burnthalosllc.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new one.
